You have the option of returning your creation within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in new, unused and perfect condition with any tags attached as well as the original packaging and all certificates included. If the creation has a personal engraving, a ring size change or is a custom-made item, returns are not possible. If the creation is not in perfect condition we reserve the right to send the item back to you.

The costs of the insured return are to be borne by the customer.

The costs per return order which will be deducted from the refund can be found in the following zones:

Zone 1: Germany: 15 EUR

Zone 2: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Azores, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, England, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Italy, Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey), Canary Islands, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Scotland, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Turkey, Hungary, Wales, Cyprus: 40 EUR

Zone 3: China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Canada, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United States of America: 130 EUR
